QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICY

IN ACCORDANCE WITH ISO 9001:2000

It is the primary objective of the company to strive to improve the quality of their performance, safety and reliability to ensure that the specified product and service provided by the companies meets and exceeds customers’ requirements.

An overall quality manual has been formulated to provide those policies and procedures which are normally covered by individual Quality Management Systems of the units, but shall serve as a common point of resource for such services as Personnel Management, Purchasing, Contract Review and Accounting Services.

The company shall serve as an aid to continuity of practice and provide any links between units within the company which may wish to present a joint service to a customer or to share or utilize other company services or facilities as may be of advantage to the individual unit.

The Quality Assurance Manager has the authority to make amends to the Policy and Procedures Manual. It shall be the responsibility of the Chief Executive to ensure that this policy is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels within the Company.
